Welcome to StandbyGo. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

StandbyGo is a web-based application for stage managers to create, manage, and distribute rehearsal reports and related production communications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use StandbyGo.
• One person may not maintain more than one free trial account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• StandbyGo offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the then-current rate.
• Founding member pricing ($6/month) is locked in for the first 25 subscribers and will not increase as long as the subscription remains active.
• Standard pricing is $9/month.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access through the end of your billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Your Content

You own the content you create in StandbyGo — your productions, reports, and contacts. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any contact information you import into StandbyGo.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use StandbyGo for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the service
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code

6. Email Sending

StandbyGo sends emails on your behalf to contacts you designate. You are responsible for ensuring the recipients have consented to receive communications from you. We are not responsible for how recipients respond to or use the content of reports you send.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StandbyGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at standbygohq@gmail.com.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
